[Windows][Edit] How to resize/rotate a photo inside the grid, with a mouse?

Resizing and rotation is easy with two fingers on a touch screen. But if you have a mouse only, you can perform these tasks by dragging the magic dot, whether in freeform canvas or a canvas with a grid.
When a photo is inside a grid cell, the magic dot may be hidden.
1. Drag the photo in the cell to reveal the magic dot.
Note: do not click on the photo. Once you click on the photo, it pops out of the cell.
2. Drag the magic dot while the photo is still inside the grid.
3. Drag the photo to realign it in the cell once it is the right size and orientation.
