Multiple devices for one account

I started on my iPhone and paid to get rid of the watermark. I downloaded a bunch of stickers. I’ve now downloaded app onto my iPad and logged under the same account. When I hit restore purchases and says there is nothing to restore. The watermark is gone but I also can’t access my collages. I don’t want to pay twice just to use on a different device. 😟
