For school teachers, we applied an "MDM solution" to our iOS app (version 7.12 or higher).

With this feature, you should be able to switch the configuration "MDMAllowSocialFeaturesKey" on your MDM solution platform.
When this variable is set to "1", all social features are turned ON; when the variable is set to "0", all social features are turned OFF.

Please make sure you are using an iOS app with app version 7.12 or higher
