Refund on iOS Device

We are sorry that you don't like what you've purchased.

How to get a refund using iPhone or iPad:

1. Launch Mail from your Home screen.
2. Search for "Your receipt from Apple." 
3. Find and tap on the receipt for the purchase you want refunded. 
4. Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase you want to get refunded. 
5. Enter your App ID and password
6. Tap Choose Problem and select a problem from the menu. 
7. Enter details for the problem and tap Submit
