If you don't want to see any push notifications, you can go to your device settings and turn off the permission. 

[iOS]

1. Go to device settings
2. Tap Notifications
3. Find Pic Collage
4. Switch off the notifications for our app.

[Android]

1. Go to device settings
2. Tap Applications/Application Manager or app related button
3. Find Pic Collage
4. Tap Notifications
5. Switch off the permission

Or, you can directly go to device settings > Notifications > and switch off the permission for PicCollage.
