[Android] Can't use PicCollage after updating to Android 6.0

It could be the new permission issue after you upgrade the Android version to 6.0.  Please try this:

1. Go to the device Settings
2. Apps
3. PicCollage
4. Permissions 
5. Make sure the Phone and Storage are both switched ON.

Please let us know if it's still not working.
