  1. please bring back the BLUR brush editing tool. otherwise I love this app. hate they took away the BLUR feature.

  2. i use this app for my business as a childminder and the blur tool was what I needed but may have to find a new app now

    They have the blur tool!!!! Here's how to get it:
    Step 1: select your image by pressing it.
    Step 2: press effects
    Step 3: select blur and blur out what you want
    Step 4: press done and then save
