    I'm logged into app on iPhone, username showing, but website says my email/username is not registered. When I try to register, it says it's already in use. The reason I tried to use desktop web is because the app is not working - will not allow any downloading of pics or videos, or playing or editing of videos. The menu option to edit video is completely missing. Any attempt to download or share to social media directly results in a loop of unrelated advertising popping up, then back to the same screen. It's been 3 days like this!! What's happening here?
