Help! I can't log back into my account!

I accidentally logged out of my account and now it's not letting my log back in. Does anyone know why?

    Help! I am logged into pic collage on iPad, but when I try from my iPhone it tells me I don't exist, even when I try to reset my password, any ideas?

    PicCollage just logged me out of mine... and it won't allow me to get back in!! I get notifications and everything.. but my account is unavailable to me... why is this happening?!? plzzz help me!!
