  1. Help with troubleshooting required please.

    Having trouble with Pic Collage randomly and constantly closing. Students keep losing their work. any suggestions????

  2. I keep trying to post but when it says it shared, it never actually posted.

    This keeps happening and I try to post like 10 times but it doesn’t work. It’s kind of getting on my nerves.

  8. edit descriptions

    hello! I was wondering if piccollage could make a feature that allowed people able to edit the description of a collage after making it. I always find myself writing a long paragraph and it cuts off some of the things I had written. it is very frustrating. at least you guys could put a character limit count at the bottom where people could avoid overriding the amount of letters used. it is also a shame when I am rereading the description I’ve written and notice a grammatical error :( me, being OCD self, had to delete it and repost. not…

  18. Why take crop away??? I want a very straight cropped image not scissors. Looking for a new app!!!!

    I want to crop straight lines! Is there any way to as scissors are not what I need. Very annoyed I have spent so much $ on extra stickers and back grounds to now need to find a better app. The updates have not improved your app but decreased it functions.

    Thank you all very much for the feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and please know that we are working on our own cropping feature. Hopefully we will be able to provide the feature in the immediate feature.

    Meanwhile, please provide us with as much information and feedback as possible in terms of the usage of photo effects. Let us know what you think of the new filters. Your feedback would help us tremendously in improving the app. Thank you for your support!

    When pc updated the app they took away almost all of the things on the effects category!!!! BRING THEM BACK!!! I love to blur text and draw on my images AND NOW I CANT ??BRING THEM BACK IN THE NEXT UPDATE‼️‼️?
